If a stereoscopic illusion is a whole banana, then a stereoscopic illusion with half the depth is half a banana:
Shot #1: 3.3% Stereoscopic Net Deviation… a whole banana.
Shot #2: 1.6% Stereoscopic Net Deviation… half a banana.

3.3% (1/30) Stereoscopic Net Deviation is the only amount of depth that can produce a perfectly cubic stereoscopic illusion, viewable with any horizontal field of view (from any seat).
